🔵 1. 7-Day Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returns will be accepted if:

original packaging

defective
👉 No product returns will be accepted if it is used or damaged.
🔵 2. Non-Returnable Products
Some products are not eligible for return for the following reasons:

Used or damaged products

Products labeled “Final Sale”

Wrong purchase due to customer mistake (color/model selection)
📌 Returns will not be accepted if the AI Smart Glasses device is damaged due to misuse.
🔵 3. Defective or Wrong Item Received
If you:

Received the wrong item

defective product
However, please email us with pictures/videos within 7 days:
We will send a replacement product or provide a 100% refund.
🔵 4. Refund Approval Process

✔ Our Support Team will provide the return address.
✔ We will check the product when it arrives at our warehouse.
✔ If approved, refund will be processed.
⏳ Refund Time: 5–10 business days
(Time may change depending on payment method)
🔵 5. Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless:

We send the wrong product.

The product is defective.
Then return shipping will be FREE.
🔵 6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you do not receive a refund within 10 days:
1 Check your bank/card statement
2 Contact your bank

🔵 7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled if:
1 The order has not yet been processed
2 The product has not been shipped from the warehouse
3 Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
🔵 8. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
Exchange for a different color/model is currently not available.
🔵 9. Lost or Stolen Packages
OptiTech is not responsible if the package is shown as “delivered” by couriers.
If the customer provides an incorrect address:
